At Savelli Religious, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our artisan jewelry and sacred items. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Code.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Savelli packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and protective pouches.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a trackable service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
